Volunteer Opportunities For Global Dream Contest 2013:

• Referral Champion

This volunteer will visit Schools, Society, Clubhouse, Coaching classes to spread the word and encourage students to participate in essay contest. These volunteers will score the level 1 essays on scale of 1(Low) to 10(High).

• Translator

This volunteer will translate essay from local language to English so the broader audience can understand the message and all essays can be compared on the content. We hope the passion of translators will enhance the essay and bring out best of the message students want to communicate. These volunteers will score the level 1 essays on scale of 1(Low) to 10(High).

• Anonymous Essay Judges

This volunteer will be assigned about 50 essays to read in depth. These volunteers will score level 2 essays on scale of 1(Low) to 10(High). The essays will be assigned cross geography. The essays will be anonymous.

• Executive Committee of Judges

This volunteer will be assigned about 10 essays to read in depth, collaborate with other judges to collectively score level 3 essays.

• Regional Director

This volunteer will manage the essay collection, distribution, screening process for the respective region. We will begin with country and depending on the demand allocate regional director per 2500 essay.
